So everytime I go to my favorite Asian Grocery store there is a gigantic aisle of noodle packages and I'm terribly confused and saddened as to why it's not easier to find the vegan and vegetarian options? I know that they do sell Nongshim's Soon at this store, but it's always sold out:(Anyways, I noticed some of the packages just look like noodles in bulk without flavor packets, which is exactly what I want! I'll be keeping an eye on this thread in case anyone has anything more helpful to add, though, because those are super good.In the mean time, I like to get Top Ramen's Soy Sauce flavour (I am in the US, but hopefully you could find it too!) and add jalapeno powder, brown sugar, the flavour packet, and chili oil to cooked and drained noodles. It tastes similar to how my memory thinks the Hot & Spicy variety of Mi Goreng tasted.
